Men’s Rowing Earns Pair of Wins Over Columbia

LEONIA, N.J. — The Drexel men's rowing team posted a pair of victories over Columbia Sunday morning at Overpeck Park, with the Varsity 8+ and 2nd Varsity 8+ each claiming wins.
Rowing in Lois Krall IV, Luke Joseph (Coxswain), Ben Werber (Stroke), Willem Kirsch, Matthew Kennedy, Milo Epstein, Kyle Brown, Jakob Mauntel, Jono Andersson and Justus Bormann (Bow) came home with a time of 5:51.82, over four seconds ahead of the Lions.
The 2V8+ followed suit, claiming a 3.2-second victory in Lois Krall III. Derek Kaiser, Quinn Cooney, Ollie Quinn, Oscar Lourie, Aidan Ionescu, Noah Beaton, Ryan Miller, Charlie Fortner and Maxwell Burget clocked in at 5:57.40.
