2014-15: Primarily swam in the 100 butterfly for Drexel while occasionally swimming in the 50 freestyle, 100 breaststroke, 200 butterfly and 200 medley relay…swam in three events at the CAA Championships…finished third in the 100 breaststroke (56.41), tied for third in the 100 butterfly (49.31) and fourth in the 200 butterfly (1:51.10) at the Championships…his time of 56.41 in the 100 breaststroke ranked second on the team for the season…had 17 top-five finished including five victories, four second-place finishes and four third-place marks.
2013-14: Tallied 35 individual points throughout the CAA Championships...at AT&T National Championships captured his season best in the 200 fly in 1:52.2...at Frank Elm Invitational captured second in the 100 fly “A” round finals with a time of 49.95.
2012-13: Named team captain for the 2013-14 season...two first place finishes against Lehigh in the 100 and 200 fly...member of the 400 free and 200 medley relay teams that defeated Binhgamton...placed first in the 200 fly against Binghamton.
2011-12: Recorded the team’s top time in the 100 fly (50.05) at the CAA Championships that also ranked fourth on the men’s All-Time Top 5 list…posted the fastest 200 fly (1:52.08) at the CAA’s and ranked fifth on the men’s All-Time Top 5 list…also, had a season-high in the 200 IM (1:57.53) at the CAA’s…finished sixth on the team in the 200 free (1:45.55) in the win over Howard…placed fifth in the 100 breast (1:00.05) and the 50 free (21.75) at the Terrier Invitational…had a season-best time in the 100 free (49.39) in the season-opener at Widener.
Background: Named First Team All-South Jersey in the 100 fly...holds Cherry Hill High School East's 100 fly record...two-time state runner-up and four-time conference champion.
Personal: Son of Susan and Michael Krohn...sister, Lynne, is a 2011 Drexel graduate...majoring in chemical engineering.
