2010-11: Recorded a first place time of 2:02.49 in the 200 yard butterfly against Widener.
Background: Robert College swim team captain 2007-2010…recognized with Outstanding Swimmer Award four years in a row…member of Turkey National Jr. Swim Team that won the Balkan Youth Swimming Championship in Çanakkale, Turkey in 2009…finished second in 200 butterfly at the same event…took first in 50 butterfly, 50 backstroke, 4x50 medley and 4x50 freestyle all at MEB Besiktas High School Cup in Istanbul in 2009.
Personal: Son of Ekrem and Zerrin Cantürk…majoring in mechanical engineering.
