2016-17: Finished with a 20-12 record playing primarily No. 4 singles and a 17-8 record playing primarily No. 3 doubles with partner Honami Yazawa…broke the 22-year-old program record set by Rebecca Murphy for career singles victories with 62…second all-time in program history in doubles wins to only Nicole Pivonka (63) with 62…all-time winningest Drexel playing in combined singles and doubles wins with 124…selected to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area team…helped the Dragons to a 16-9 (2-3 CAA) record on the year, breaking the single-season team mark for wins…played her way into the singles main draw with two qualifying draw wins at ITA Northeast Regionals…beat Rach Smilansky of Rhode Island, 1-6, 6-1, 6-2, and Jacquelyn Lazaro of UConn, 6-3, 6-4, to move into the singles main draw…earned a 6-1 doubles win to push Drexel past Hofstra for its first win at the CAA Championships since 2012…won 7-6 (2), 6-4 in singles and 6-3 in doubles to help the Dragons to their first win ever against College of Charleston…had a season-long winning streak of five in singles and seven in doubles…picked up a Flight A consolation round win at the Cissie Leary Invitational…won three times on her way to the Flight 1 consolation singles title at the Saint Joseph’s Invitational…picked up a win in Flight B singles and Flight A doubles at the Quinnipiac Invitational.
2015-16: CAA Commissioner's Academic Award recipient...recorded a 16-7 singles record, playing primarily at the Nos. 3-5 positions…went a team-best 16-8 in doubles, playing with Kendra Bunch primarily in the No. 2 position…qualified for the ITA Northeast Regionals in doubles with Bunch…named CAA Women’s Doubles Performer of the Week with Bunch on Jan. 27…won the Flight B doubles title with Bunch at the Quinnipiac Invitational…fought to a 6-4, 6-2 win against James Madison…cruised to a 6-0, 6-3 win against Delaware…handed Hofstra a 6-4, 6-2 loss…pulled out a crucial three-set victory in the Dragons’ 4-3 win over Saint Joseph’s…came away with the Dragons’ sole victory against College of Charleston, 6-2, 7-6 (4)…earned a 7-6 (3), 6-1 win in the Dragons’ near upset of UNCW…nearly swept Lehigh, 6-1, 6-0…outlasted Fordham, 7-6 (2), 6-2…won both matches on the Dragons’ trip to Connecticut against Fairfield and Sacred Heart…swept La Salle is singles and doubles.
2014-15: Went 14-5 in singles play, competing primarily from the No. 4 spot…compiled a 17-5 doubles record, playing most with Kendra Bunch in the No. 3 spot…qualified for main draw doubles at the ITA Northeast Regionals with partner Erin Bowsher…won the Flight 1 doubles consolation title with Bowsher at the Saint Joseph’s Invitational…blanked Delaware on Senior Day, 6-0, 6-0…earned a win over Hofstra, 6-3, 6-4…won a crucial match against Saint Joseph’s, 7-5, 6-2…beat NJIT in three sets, 4-6, 7-6 (8), 10-7…downed Fordham, 6-3, 6-3…took down UMBC in three sets, 6-3, 4-6, 6-0…won her first four matches of the spring season against La Salle, St. Francis (N.Y.), Morgan State and Lehigh, shutting out her opponents in the first five sets of the season.…in the fall, won the Flight 1 doubles consolation title with Bowsher at the Saint Joseph’s Invitational…grabbed a singles (6-0, 6-0) and doubles (8-0) victory against Monmouth…defeated Rider in singles (6-1, 6-0) and doubles (8-0).
2013-14: Ended season with a 12-11 singles record … defeated Lehigh in both singles and doubles in first ever spring season match…in the fall, advanced to the round of 32 at the St. Joseph’s Invitational…in the spring, picked up a doubles win, 6-0, over St. Peter’s… grabbed singles and doubles wins against Hofstra and St. Joseph’s…had one of only two singles wins against Delaware, 6-4, 6-2…helped clinch doubles point with teammate Fiorella Coria in team’s, 4-3, victory over UMBC…competed in singles and doubles at the CAA Championships.
Background: A well-rounded player from Switzerland...ranked 68th nationally as well as number one in the region...top 15 in her age group and played for the Interclub National League C.
Personal: Daughter of Lukas and Cornelia Winkler...plans to major in business and engineering.
