Dragons Rebound to Bounce Boston University, 32-10

Boston, Mass. - The Dragons wrestling team defeated Boston University in a Colonial Athletic Association dual, 32-10, after dropping a match to Brown earlier in the day. Senior Ryan Hluschak tied Drexel's all-time career win mark as he earned his 112th of his collegiate career with a win by fall. The Dragons won seven of the 10 matches as they improved to 9-8 (4-1 CAA) on the season.
Boston opened the match with a pair of victories, including a major decision win at 149 pounds that put the Terriers ahead, 7-0. Hluschak picked up six points with his pin at 157 pounds while Billy Haydt, Scott Hunter and Justin Wieller each earned Drexel three points each with wins by decision. Boston won at 197 pounds but heavyweight Bryant Deinhardt put the match out of reach with a 5-3 sudden victory win. Junior Steve Mytych capped the day's action with a major decision win at 133 pounds, up from his usual 125-pound weight class.
Hluschak look to break the Drexel all-time career wins mark as the Dragons face North Carolina and North Carolina State on Saturday, Feb. 2 at the Palestra.
