Dragons Fall Early In Singles Play at ITA Men's All-American Tournament

Tulsa, Okla. - Drexel seniors Carlo Pangilinan and Joe Koebele both fell in the first round of play in Friday's pre-qualifying singles bracket at the D'Novo ITA Men's All-American Tournament. Pangilinan squared off against Brock Sakey of Central Florida and lost in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1. Koebele drew Oleksandr Kotsuik, from Oral Roberts, and lost 6-0, 6-4. The Dragons' duo will be back in action on Oct. 7 when they play in the doubles bracket.
