Baltimore, Md. - Sandi Wambold and Paige Collings homered for the Dragons and Katrina Gaudier threw five solid innings to pick up her second victory of the season as Drexel edged Marist 6-5 at the UMBC Dawg Pound Tournament. Wambold's third round-tripper of the season, a three-run shot, made her the career leader at Drexel with 15 home runs in her three plus seasons in University City.

Drexel led 6-2 behind a strong pitching performance from Gaudier entering the sixth inning. Amanda Shattuck closed out the game, pitching the sixth and seventh innings. The Red Foxes scored three runs in the seventh inning but Drexel was able to close out the game for their first win at the Dawg Pound Tournament.
