Church named to Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team

Philadelphia - Drexel's Robert Church picked up one last award before graduation this weekend. The senior attackman was named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area team.
Church, a sport management major, has a 3.26 grade-point average. He was recently named a USILA Scholar All-American and played in the prestigious North-South game. Last month, the Coquitlam, British Columbia product earned All-American accolades with teammate Ben McIntosh. Both players were named Honorable Mention All-Americans for their performance this spring.
Church will graduate tied for third on Drexel's career goals list with 121. He is also ranked in the top 10 in both points (fourth) and assists (eighth).
