Crawford Named CAA Co-Golfer of the Week

Richmond, Va. – Sophomore Christopher Crawford earned Colonial Athletic Association Co-Golfer of the Week honors for his tournament-winning performance at the Cornell Invitational last weekend. He shares the honor with UNC Wilmington's senior Payne McLeod.
Crawford came away with his third career tournament victory after carding 71-70-69—210 and finishing three under par at Cornell's par 71, 6,904-yard Robert Trent Jones Golf Course in Ithaca, N.Y. His performance helped the Dragons to a second place finish out of 15 participating teams.
Next up, Crawford and the Dragons will head to Raleigh, N.C. to compete in the Wolfpack Intercollegiate, which will be held on October 6-8 at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course.
