Auction Opens for Men's Lacrosse Throwback Jerseys

Philadelphia - The Drexel Men's Lacrosse program will be auctioning off game-worn commemorative throwback jerseys leading up to the final home game of the 2017 season. The auction is part of the celebration of the 75th year of Drexel Lacrosse. These jerseys will be worn when the Dragons face Delaware on Saturday, April 22 at 3 p.m. at Vidas Field.
The auction begins today and will remain open for a month before closing at the end of the third quarter of the home finale against Delaware. Bids on the jersey auction start at $75 and can be made online at http://www.biddingforgood.com/DULax75. In addition to the jerseys, there will be other 75th anniversary commemorative items that will be added over the next month.
Drexel's 75th anniversary team will be honored during halftime of the contest against the Blue Hens. The All-Decade teams will be recognized at the postgame reception. A celebratory reception and dinner will follow the conclusion of the game at the Vidas Athletic Complex from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Drexel Lacrosse letterwinners plus one guest will receive free admission to the game and reception. The cost of the game and reception for all other guests will be $40 and $5 for children 12 and under. To RSVP, please click here.
