Drexel Squash Set for Regular Season Finale at George Washington

PHILADELPHIA – Drexel squash returns to action this weekend for its final regular season match before Team Nationals kickoff next week. Both the men's and women's teams will travel to Washington, D.C. to take on George Washington on Saturday, Feb. 9 for a match beginning at 2 p.m.

No. 8 Drexel women's squash dropped a close match to No. 7 Columbia in a road match on Friday afternoon, 5-4. With the loss, the Dragons record now stands at 6-6 overall. For the release and a full list of results, click here.
All-Time Series with the Colonials
Saturday marks the eighth meeting between Drexel women's squash and the Colonials with No. 15 George Washington leading the all-time series, 5-2. For the men's team, it will be the seventh meeting with both teams split at three wins apiece.

Following the regular season finale, both the men's and women's team will prep for Team Nationals. The Men's Team Nationals begin on Friday, Feb. 15 while the Women's Team Nationals will start the following week on Friday, Feb. 22.
