Dragons Race in Murphy Cup This Weekend

PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Drexel men's and women's rowing teams will send 11 boats into competition on the Schuylkill River this Saturday, April 3 at the 39^th Memorial Murphy Cup Regatta. The Dragons will face Temple University, the University of Pennsylvania and La Salle University. The women are up also against Jefferson University.

At the last Murphy Cup Regatta back in 2019, the men's Varsity 8+ and 3^rd Varsity 8+ finished in first place in their races. The women's Varsity 8+ and 2^nd Varsity 8+ finished in third and second places. The Dragons are hoping for another successful day of racing this year.

Tomorrow's men's races will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by the women's races at 12:30 p.m.
