PHILADELPHIA - The Dragons battled with CAA foe, Delaware, but came up short in a 2-0 setback against the Blue Hens on Friday evening at Buckley Field. Drexel drops to 11-5 and 3-2 in conference play with two games remaining in the regular season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Delaware scored first in the 12th minute after a redirected shot snuck past the Drexel defense.
- Natali Foster was able to get a shot on goal with 41 seconds remaining in the opening frame but was unable to get the Dragons on the board.
- Following a tally by UD, Drexel entered halftime down 2-0.
- DU earned seven back-to back penalty corners in the final frame but was unable to convert.
