Dragons Play Monday Morning on Student Day at the DAC

PHILADELPHIA - Drexel will play a rare morning game on Monday. The Dragons host Penn State Greater Allegheny at 11 a.m. on Students Day at the Daskalakis Athletic Center. More than 1,000 students from the West Philadelphia community are invited to watch the Dragons in their last home game before the holiday break. The International Brotherhood of Electrical Worker's Local 98 is once again the presenting sponsor of Drexel Men's Basketball.
About the Dragons
Drexel enters play with a 6-5 record after defeating UAlbany, 71-52, on Saturday afternoon. The Dragons dominated on the boards, outrebounding the Great Danes by 28 rebounds. It was the biggest rebound margin against a Division I team for the Dragons in almost 10 years. Amari Williams had his fourth double-double of the season with 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Mate Okros added 10 points in the victory. The Dragons held yet another opponent under 60 points and will head into Monday's game 13th in the country in scoring defense, giving up just 61.3 points per game.

Penn State Greater Allegheny is 9-4 this season. They are a member of the Penn State University Athletic Conference, which is part of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association.
