PHILADELPHIA – Three different players found the back of the net as the Drexel women's soccer team earned its first ever win against its West Philadelphia rivals, the Saint Joseph's Hawks, 3-0 on Sunday evening.

BY THE NUMBERS

Annalena O'Reilly, Delaney Lappin and Casey Touey all scored for the Dragons. For O'Reilly, it was the third goal of the season for O'Reilly, the second for Lappin and the first for Touey.
Lappin, Touey and Meg Tate each recorded an assist.
DU held a 15-3 advantage in shots including 8-1 in attempts on target.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Drexel opened the scoring in the 14th minute as Lappin crossed a ball in that was touched forward by Touey. On the receiving end was O'Reilly, who netted her third goal of the week into the lower right corner for a 1-0 lead.
Just before the hour mark, the Dragons earned a penalty off a Hawks' handball in the box. Lappin stepped to the spot and delivered the ball past the keeper for a 2-0 advantage.
Touey closed the scoring as she took a feed from Tate, sprinted by her defender down the left side and went far post for her first of the season.
