PHILADELPHIA - The Drexel women's swimming and diving team opened its season with a win against the La Salle Explorers on Saturday, 169-119.
Mariana Alencar took first place in the 50 and 100 free, as well as the medley and freestyle relay.

Megan Ehrnfeldt captured first-place positions in the 100 and 200 butterfly. She joined Alencar on those first-place relay teams.

Brittany Corbett added three second-place finishes in the 1000, 500, and 200 free.
