CAA, The Field of 68 to Host Basketball Media Day on October 2

PHILADELPHIA - The Field of 68 is set to host the 2025 CAA Media Day on Thursday, October 2 on YouTube, on X, or on FloCollege.
Both of Drexel's programs will make an appearance throughout the day. Drexel men's basketball coach, Zach Spiker will join the program from 12 to 12:10. Shortly after that, the Janet E. and Barry C. Burkholder Family Head Women's Basketball Coach Amy Mallon wil join the show from 2:40 to 2:50.
Last season, the Drexel men's basketball team finished its campaign in the quarterfinals of the 2024-25 CAA Tournament, falling to Towson, 82-76. The Dragons pieced together an 18-15 record overall. Spiker and his staff have led the Dragons to five straight winning seasons for the first time since the 1996-97 season.
The women's team pieced together a 17-13 record, the 11th straight winning season, to finish tied for third in the conference. The Dragons clinched a double-bye in the tournament and made it to the semifinals before being defeated by William & Mary, 76-54.
