Dragon of the Week: Heiba and Queen

PHILADELPHIA – Noor Heiba and Jasiah Queen named the Drexel Dragons of the Week, presented by Rothman Orthopaedics, for the week of October 28th–November 3rd.
Noor Heiba, a member of the women's tennis team, went undefeated in singles play at the Dragon Invite. The freshman earned two victories on the weekend, opening with a dominant 6-1, 6-1 win over Hofstra's Maragliano before outlasting Lehigh's Harrington in a tight three-set match, 6-3, 3-6, 10-7. The Yardley, Pa. native continued her strong start to the fall season.
Jasiah Queen, a member of the wrestling team, led the Dragons with a third-place finish at 174 pounds at the Navy Open to begin the season. The redshirt sophomore defeated two nationally ranked opponents on his way to the podium, including No. 11 Nick Hamilton of Virginia with a 13-4 major decision and No. 19 Myles Takats of Bucknell in a 4-3 decision for third place. The Elizabeth, N.J. native finished the day 3-1 as Drexel placed ninth overall in the team standings.
