Hamers Named CAA Offensive Player of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – Drexel's Fleur Hamers was named Coastal Athletic Association's Offensive Player of the Week, following the sophomore's historic weekend for the Dragons.
Hamers began the weekend with a dominant scoring performance netting 4 goals en route to the Dragons victory over Long Island University. Hamers took eight shots in the game putting seven of them on the cage. The sophomore continued her standout weekend netting an assist and the game winning goal. Hamers recorded 11 points on the week, putting her second in the CAA for total points.
The Dragons will continue their homestand facing Wagner on September 11th at 4 p.m.
