2011: Started all 17 games in which he played…had two assists on the year…fed Ken Tribbett for the first Drexel goal at Georgia State on Oct. 16, a 4-2 loss…also set up Malcolm LeBourne’s game-tying goal against VCU in the 69th minute on Oct. 22, what would eventually be a 2-1 double-overtime victory…had three shots in the season opener at Villanova and four against William & Mary on Sept. 24…finished the season with 24 shots overall...recipient of the CAA Commissioner's Academic Award. 2010: Started each of the 13 matches in which he played…made his Drexel debut against Canisius on Sept. 1, scoring the first goal of the season for the Dragons and later adding an assist to kick start a 5-0 win…also assisted on the game-winner in a 4-3 comeback effort at Towson. Background: A transfer sophomore from Costal Carolina University…played in seven matches and made two stars for the Chanticleers in 2008…a four-year varsity midfielder at Toms River High…earned First Team All-State recognition as well as placement on the All-Shore, All-County and All-Conference first teams…led his team in goals and assists and served as team captain…played eight years of club soccer with the USSF Match Fit Academy FC…helped his team to the three straight state championships from 2005-07, two regional championship and a national finals appearance in 2005…also played for the New Jersey Olympic Development Program team from 2003-2007. Personal: Son of Dewey and Lynne Zeller...majoring in culinary arts…his brother, Corey, played soccer at Georgetown and both of his parents played soccer at Houghton College.
