Bartell was there for the save to keep the Dragons even. Drexel would follow up with their own shot on goal as Salvino would rifle the ball to the top left corner and was stopped by the keeper's outstretched arms.

The Dragons would have the first shot of the second half as Salvino would take a shot on the left wing before being deflected by the keeper. The Quakers would strike first as Joaquin Niehenske scored from the top of the box. Drexel's Christian Combs would make a run to slip behind the defense before a one-touch shot to the bottom left corner, which was saved by Penn's keeper. The two teams would trade possession for the rest of the second half. The Dragons had their last chance of the game with just two minutes left; a shot by Moerck just went wide.
