A two-year captain under Coach Voelker. 2011: Limited to just 10 games due to injuries…one of the top short sticks in the CAA…grabbed 28 grounds balls, including a career-high seven in the win against Albany…scored his only goal of the season in Drexel’s win against Penn State…picked up and assist and five ground balls in season-opener at Virginia. 2010: Named a co-captain…a key performer as a defensive midfielder…grabbed 22 ground balls as a sophomore, including four in win at Albany…played in every game…chipped in with four goals…had a goal in Drexel’s win against Notre Dame and UMass…also scored in the win vs. Vermont and at Towson. 2009: Appeared in every game as a rookie…picked up three assists in his first year…had an assist against Albany, Villanova and Sacred Heart…recorded 15 ground balls…picked up three ground balls three times, twice against nationally-ranked teams (Denver and Virginia). 2008: Redshirted. Background: Played his high school lacrosse at Lakeland…named a High School All-American as a senior…was a three time All-League and All-Section selection at midfield…led his team in scoring as a junior and a senior…captained the team both of those seasons…played in the Empire State Games twice…also an All-League selection in soccer as a sweeper…his five siblings including two brothers who played college lacrosse and a sister who played field hockey at Colgate.
