2009-10: Honored with team Most Improved Swimmer Award…member of the relay team that took first, by more than three seconds, in the 400 free against Bloomsburg with a time of 3:16.07…claimed first in the 200 free during a win over Providence with a time of 1:46.66…part of the 200 medley team that captured overall first place with a time of 1:37.86 in Drexel’s wins over George Washington and Villanova.
2008-09: Swam short-distance free events and the 100 fly in his second season…posted best time of 49.50 in the 100 free at the Terrapin Cup Invitational…ranked fourth on the team with a 52.76 in the 100 fly at the CAA Championships.
2007-08: Redshirted. 2006-07: Swam team’s second-fastest time in the 200 fly (2:06.60)...posted a season-best time in the 100 fly (56.07) at the Terrapin Cup Invitational...also swam the 100 free in 50.43 at the meet.
Background: Earned Most Courageous Athlete award at Burlington City...member of the state finalist basketball team...helped soccer and basketball teams to South Jersey finals...earned Outstanding Academic Achievement award...member of the National Honor Society...an Edward J. Bloustein Scholar.
