Allie Bridgman joined the Drexel softball team as an assistant coach in August of 2025. She came to Drexel after completing her master's degree from at Alvernia.
While completing her degree, Bridgman was a graduate assistant for the softball team, assisting the coaching staff with administrative tasks, recruiting and fundraising.
Bridgman competed for four seasons for Fairfield. While with the Stags, she was named the vice president and president of SAAC, along with being named Fairfield’s NCAA Woman of the Year and winning the William Wallin Memorial Award, given to the student-athlete with the highest levels of sportsmanship, character and leadership.
Allison Bridgman is the sister of Holly Bridgman, an alumna of Drexel. Holly Bridgman currently holds the program record for fielding percentage with a .991 and played in a total of 78 games in her career.
Allison Bridgman graduated with her bachelor’s degree in management from Fairfield. She graduated summa cum laude with a 3.97 GPA.
