Kalman was named the Head Coach of Drexel Softball on July of 2025. She is the 11th coach in the program's history.
Kalman concluded her third season at Gettysburg in 2025, winning the Centennial Conference Regular Season as well as the Regional Championship. Kalman and her staff were recognized by the Centennial as the Coaching Staff of the Year, as she guided the team to its highest national ranking in both school and conference history (No. 13), accrued the most wins in a single season in program history and coached two All-American’s, also the first for the program. During her time with the Bullets, Kalman pieced together a 93-35-1 record and the second-highest winning percentage in program history.
Prior to her stint at Gettysburg, Kalman served as the Head Coach and Student-Athlete Leadership Program Director at MIT from 2018-2022. During her time in Cambridge, she led MIT to top-25 NFCA rankings and NCAA Regional Finals, while also developing All-American student-athletes at one of the top academic softball programs in the nation.
Kalman's coaching career also includes head coaching stints at Franklin & Marshall College and Ripon College. She started her career as an assistant at Ursinus.
Kalman is a graduate of Gettysburg College, where she was a four-year letterwinner and team captain and earned her degree in psychology with a minor in writing. She earned her master’s degree from Villanova in counseling.
