Lindsey Beisser enters her second season as assistant coach for the Dragon after joining the Drexel softball staff before the 2014 season. Beisser graduated from Indiana State in 2012, spending four years with the Sycamores as a left-handed pitcher. Out of Pendleton, Indiana, Beisser ranks among the school's top ten all-time in saves, wins and shutouts. She also was a force at the plate, sitting in the top ten all-time in home runs and hit-by-pitches. She was a Second Team All-Missouri Valley Conference selection as a senior in 2012, earning Player of the Week nods twice that year.

Last season, Beisser was a volunteer assistant at Butler, helping the Bulldogs to an above-.500 11-9 record in their first year in the Atlantic-10. Currently, Beisser has played professionally in Italy for the Nuoro, Sardengna team while also coaching the junior team in Nuoro. She currently plays for Italy’s La Loggia professional squad.

With the Dragons, Beisser will act as the pitching coach. She is currently working towards her master's degree in the Goodwin School's Sport Management program.
