Bio
2016: Led the Dragons with 10 wins on the season…got the start from the mound 27 times and totaled 35 appearances on the year…tossed 10 complete games…finished the year with a 5.98 ERA…a 2016 CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award winner.
2015: Did not see action in the spring.
2014: Went 4-6 on the season in 13 appearances on the mound…threw four complete games and earned one save on the year…tallied 59 strike outs and finished the season with a 4.22 ERA…drove in a run in the Dragons’ 7-1 win over Hampton.
2013: Made an immediate impact on the Drexel pitching staff, leading the team in wins, ERA and strikeouts as a freshman...also pitched a team-high 171.0 innings...had 16 complete games...came in for one save...pitched a complete game shutout against Rider, striking out two and allowing just four hits...also did not allow an earned run in six innings of work at UNCW...struck out a season-high 11 in a complete game victory over St. John's...also had nine strikeouts in 6.2 innings, earning the win against Western Carolina.
Background: A standout pitcher and hitter at Peters Township...finished her senior year with an ERA well under 1.00 and more than a strikeout per inning.
Personal: Daughter of Chris and Tony Konopka...majoring in business administration.
