2012: Played in 17 matches as a junior…a key member of the midfield who is one of the team’s most consistent players…a threat on restarts and on services…set up a pair of goals last season in back-to-back games…handed out the game-winning assist vs. cross-town rival Temple…also set up Melissa Chapman’s game-tying goal against George Mason…enters her final year with five career assists…a 2012 CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award winner.
2011: A solid contributor as a sophomore in the midfield for the Dragons…played in all but one match and started against Rider…tied a Drexel record with three assists in one game in the win against Temple…she tied the mark set by Carly Snyder, who had three assists vs. Towson… a CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award winner for the second straight season.
2010: Appeared in six matches as a freshman…served in a reserve role in the midfield during her first season…fired a pair of shots, one against Old Dominion and the other against Lafayette…a CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award recipient.
Background: Played two sports at Downingtown East High School…captained her team as a senior, when her team won the PIAA District I championship…named First Team All-Area and All-League as a senior…was also a Second Team All-Southeastern Pennsylvania selection in her final year…played for FC Delco…was named th Most Outstanding Female Athlete at Downingtown last year...a member of National Honor Society…volunteered with the Special Olympics and was a High Honor Roll student all four years….earned four letters in soccer and three in lacrosse, where she was a midfielder.
Personal: Daughter of Randy and Pam Stevenson…one of four children…her brother, Mark, played soccer at Drexel…majoring in health and science.
