One of Drexel’s tri-captains for the 2012 season.
2011: Started all 19 matches for the Dragons…recorded a pair of assists…set up the only goal of the game in Drexel’s win against Georgia State…also picked up an assist on what proved to be the game winner at George Mason.
2010: Had a productive first season in a Drexel uniform…tied for second on the club with four assists…picked up a pair of assists in Drexel’s victory against Old Dominion…scored her only goal of the season at Northeastern…started 15 matches…a 2011 CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award winner.
Background: Transferred to Drexel from Butler in Indianapolis…played in 17 matches and started three times for the Bulldogs…was a four-year letterwinner at nearby Cherokee High School, where she was the Senior Female Athlete of the Year…was an NSCAA/Adidas All-Region pick and an All-State selection…led her team in scoring as a junior and a senior…played for the Marlton Comets club team which advanced to the New Jersey State Cup finals…also participated in winter track for two years and holds five school records…four-time Proud Chief Award as varsity athlete with 3.5 grade-point average every semester.
Personal: Daughter of Chris Baron and Jeff Lowinger…has an older sister and a younger brother…majoring in business administration.
