Bobby Halligan joined Drexel in September of 2025 as an ACHIEVE Center graduate student.
Before arriving at Drexel, Halligan brought his expertise to several water polo programs across different levels. Most recently, he has served as the head coach for the WCAC United Water Polo Club. He has also made stints at the collegiate level with Mount St. Mary’s (men’s and women’s) and La Salle (women’s) as an assistant coach. He has also worked with the USA Water Polo Olympic Development Program, supporting as the head coach for the Northeast region.
In the pool, Halligan was a five-year member of the men’s water polo team at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he was a two-time team captain as a goalkeeper.
The Paoli, Pa., native graduated from Loyola Marymount in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
