Grace O’Boyle joined Drexel in April of 2025 as the Coordinator of Structured Sports, where she oversees Club and Intramural Sports programs. In her role, she manages daily operations, supervises and mentors student staff, develops policies focused on safety and compliance, and collaborates across campus to enhance student engagement and program visibility.

Prior to joining the Dragons staff, Grace was a Universal Banker at Truist Bank, where she provided high-level client service, managed financial transactions, and supported relationship management initiatives.

Grace earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from West Virginia University, with dual minors in Marketing and Communication Studies. During her time at WVU Campus Recreation, she held multiple leadership roles, including Competitive Sports Program Assistant and Supervisor, supporting 45 club sports and more than 1,300 student-athletes while contributing to staff training, scheduling, risk management, and policy development.

A strong advocate for leadership development, Grace founded and served as the inaugural President of the Student Officials Association at WVU, creating opportunities for students to grow as officials through training and competitive experiences. Her background also includes event and tournament coordination experience with United Sports Training Center and client service experience in the financial sector.
