Jevnick and Roberson Compete Against Nation's Best at Tennessee Diving Invitational

Knoxville, Tenn. - Ian Jevnick and Jacob Roberson dove in one of the most competitive collegiate events on the regular season schedule as the pair challenged for the 1-meter and 3-meter championships at the Tennessee Diving Invitational. The meet featured some of the top divers in the country as schools such as Georgia, Alabama, Florida, LSU and Tennessee placed entries in the competition.
On the 3-meter board, Roberson narrowly missed qualifying for the finals as he took 20th of 43 divers with a score of 279.30. Jevnick totaled a 252.70 to place 27th. The top 12 scorers earn spots in the finals. On the 1-meter board, it was Jevnick who just missed out on a berth in the finals. The sophomore posted a score of 269.60 to take 14th-place. Roberson finished 28th with a score of 241.55.
