Temple Hands Drexel its First Loss of the Season

Philadelphia - The Dragons dropped their first match this season, 6-1, against city rival Temple. The loss snaps a nine-match winning streak for Drexel, who drops to 9-1 on the season. Zineb Hilali got the team's only point of the match with a 6-4, 6-7, (10-8) victory over Theresa Stangl at first singles. She also teamed with Gozde Unkaya to win at first doubles and remain undefeated in dual match doubles play this season.
The Dragons are back in action on Sunday, Feb. 22 when they take on Lehigh at 10:00 a.m.in Bethlehem, Pa.
