Philadelphia - Drexel will be playing to avenge a Feb. 4 loss at Towson when the Dragons host the Tigers tonight at 7:00 p.m. at the DAC. Both teams will be doing their part to fight cancer by wearing pink as part of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's PinkZone night. The annual promotion is designed to help raise awarness of breast cancer, as well as bring in funds for the American Cancer Society to help find a cure for the disease. Fans wearing pink will receive discounted $3 tickets with proceeds going to the American Cancer Society. Pink-clad patrons will also be elegible to win prizes from AT&T and the first 200 students in attendance will receive pink DAC Pack tee-shirts. Fans will also have the chance to be a part of Philadelphia history tonight as Drexel senior Gabriela Marginean goes for the all-time city scoring record, she needs just seven points to surpass the mark set by Penn's Diana Caramanico in 2001.
