PHILADELPHIA – Drexel scored eight-straight goals to overcome an early UAlbany lead on its way to a 15-10 victory on Vidas Field on Thursday. The Dragons improved to 7-1 with the win. Colleen Grady tied a Drexel record with five assists in the game and finished with nine points. UAlbany fell to 5-4 with the loss.

* UAlbany then scored three-straight times to pull ahead, 5-2. Lucy Schneidereith's first of the game trimmed the lead to two before the Great Danes scored three of the next four to take an 8-4 lead with seven minutes to go in the opening half. Drexel's Cara Moreau cored the final goal of the half as the Dragons went to intermission down 8-5.
* As has been the case with the Dragons the last few weeks, the offense exploded out of the gate in the second half. Drexel scored seven straight goals to start the half on its way to a 12-8 lead. Grady had three goals during the stretch, while Lucy Schneidereith added two. Jamie Schneidereith and Karson Harris had the others.
* UAlbany cut the lead to three with 10:54 to play, but Harris scored a pair sandwiched around a Moreau goal to keep the Dragons undefeated at Vidas Field at 3-0.
HIGHLIGHTS

* Lucy Schneidereith had a hat trick as well on her way to a five-point performance. Jamie Schneidereith had a goal as well, marking the fourth time the sisters have each had at least one goal in the same game.
