RICHMOND, Va. — Drexel's Katie Maloney and Kate Quinn were named to the All-CAA First Team, as Bea Buckley received Second Team honors. Additionally, Annie Madden secured a spot on the CAA All-Rookie Team.
Maloney was a staple for the Dragons defense, earning the first All-CAA award of her career. The Gaithersburg, Md., native was third in the conference in ground balls, collecting 41 on the season with eight games with three or more. The defender also caused 20 turnovers which ranked ninth in the CAA.
Quinn secured All-CAA recognition for the second time in her career, following a Second Team nod last season. The team captain led the Dragons with a career-high 33 goals on the year, averaging 2.06 per game. The West Caldwell, N.J., product tallied for a hat trick six times, including a career-best six goal performance on the road at Hofstra. Quinn was a threat on both sides of the field, collecting 20 ground balls and causing eight turnovers along with 44 draw controls.
Buckley also earned the first All-CAA selection of her career, finishing with a team-high 45 points on the season. The attacker ranked third in the conference in assists, averaging 1.75 per game. The Philadelphia native consistently produced in bunches, recording three or more points in eight contests during the 2026 campaign. That stretch included a career performance against city rival Saint Joseph's, where Buckley totaled a career-high eight points in the victory.
Madden led the way for the talented Dragon freshman class, finding the back of the net 23 times. She scored in 11 of 16 games this season, including each of the first seven contests. The freshman made an impressive debut in blue and gold, recording four goals in the double-overtime opener against UConn, the most by a Dragon in a season opener since Drexel joined the CAA.
