HARRISONBURG, Va. – The Drexel men's soccer team notched its first win of the season after shutting the Binghamton Bearcats out, 2-0, on Sunday afternoon. The Dragons capitalized on an early Binghamton red card to score twice in the first half of the game to control their second game of the Fairfield by Mariott Invitational hosted by James Madison.

- Drexel outshot Binghamton 23-2 in 90 minutes of play. The Dragons' backline was almost perfect, keeping the ball from reaching keeper Alessandro Capogna.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Drexel drew a red card on Binghamton in the fifth minute of the game to earn a big 10 on 11 advantage for the rest of the game. In the sixth minute, Harrison Coron scored the first goal of his graduate year.
- The Dragons checked in once more in the first half. Antonio Illuminato finished off a play started by Kyle Tucker and Valtteri Hiilloskorpi in the 30th minute to double the lead to two. The goal was Illuminato's first goal as a Dragon.
