Drexel's Justin Best and Team USA to Compete in the Men's Four in Paris Olympic Final

PARIS, France - Justin Best and the United States men's four rowing team are set to compete in Thursday's final at the Olympic Games in Paris. Action from Vaires-sur-Marne Nautical Stadium will kick off on Peacock at 6:10 a.m. EST and 12:10 p.m. in Paris.
The team of Best, Liam Corigan, Michael Grady and Nick Mead advanced to the final after winning their heat, posting a time of 6:04.95 in the 2,000 meter race. The Americans got the early jump and gained close to a one-second lead in the first 500 meters over the boat from Australia. Team U.S.A continued to pull away from the field at the halfway mark, cruising to victory by nearly a boat length over the Aussies.
This is Best's second Olympics with the United States. The Kennett Square, Pa. native was a member of the men's eight boat who took home fourth at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.
