Bartell and Worsfold-Gregg Receive Recognition From CAA and Philadelphia Soccer Six

PHILADELPHIA – Raphael Bartell and Morgan Worsfold-Gregg of the Drexel men's soccer team received recognition from the CAA and Philadelphia Soccer Six Monday afternoon.
Bartell was named Goalkeeper of the Week by both organizations; the fifth-year student from Rostock, Germany, went 2-0 against La Salle and Stony Brook. Against La Salle's nationally ranked offense (fifth in the nation with 3.75 goals per game), Bartell made two saves and allowed only one goal. Against Stony Brook, he had three saves and allowed one goal.
Worsfold-Gregg was named Co-Offensive Player of the Week by the CAA after playing all 90 minutes in both games and scoring three points, including a goal that sealed the win over La Salle. The junior from London is tied for the team lead in goals and points. Defensively, he helped Drexel limit La Salle's top ranked offense (first in the nation with 10.20 shots on goal per game) to only three shots.
The Dragons will return to the pitch tomorrow when they visit Villanova. The match is set to kick off at 4 p.m.
