Bio
Background: Began dancing at age 2. During her years as a dancer, Erin trained in many styles including: Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Lyrical and Contemporary. During these years, Erin studied predominantly at Tricia Sloan Dance Center. Erin majored in Dance at her technical high school with a foundation in modern and jazz technique.
As a dancer, Erin performed her most notable roles of “Clara” and “Dew Drop” in the Nutcracker, with over 10 years of production experience working alongside PA Ballet professionals.
In her junior year of high school, Erin created a dance therapy curriculum for the students with special needs at Bankbridge Elementary. This included teaching classes, creating a curriculum plan, and putting on a production of the Nutcracker. This project helped implement movement therapy classes for students with special needs to express themselves.
This project, titled Boogie with Bankbridge, was officially recognized by the Gloucester County Freeholders and awarding her the Gloucester County Freeholders Award of that year. It also earned her the Girl Scout Gold Award in 2020 with over 160 hours of official community service toward the project in that year.
Personal: Daughter of Tracy and James McShea, and sister to Sean and Brendan McShea, Erin graduated in 2024 with dual B.S./B.A. degrees in Business Management and Legal Studies, with a minor in Behavioral Economics. She is currently pursuing an accelerated MBA with a focus on Business Analytics and Social Impact.
