Appeared in 27 games as a reserve for Coach Flint…played behind All-CAA pick Frank Elegar…averaged 2.3 points and 1.7 rebounds per contest…picked up 10 points on 3-for-4 shooting and also had five boards in the win against Bucknell...was perfect in four attempts from the line in that game...had a productive eight minutes in the win vs. UNCW, scoring six points and grabbing five rebounds...also had six points in the win at Florida Gulf Coast and chipped in with five rebounds in the game...scored three points at No. 23 Virginia and vs. Navy...was 2-for-2 from the floor and at the line vs. Creighton...scored three points and had three rebounds at Mason and against Temple...had five blocked shots...scored at least two points in 18 games…is a career .767 shooter from the line.
2006-07
Came off the bench in 24 games for the Dragons…shot 50 percent from the floor (13-26) and was 15-for-18 from the free-throw line (.833)…scored a career-high 12 points, including 10 in the first half, and had seven rebounds in Drexel’s win at Temple…was 3-for-4 from the floor and a perfect 6-for-6 from the line in that game…had two clutch free throws in the overtime victory at Hofstra…had a bucket and a rebound at Creighton...scored four points at Vermont and vs. Toledo...had three points and a rebound in the win at Georgia State and at ODU...grabbed three boards vs. FDU and FGCU...grabbed five rebounds in the CAA Tournament against Northeastern…finished the season averaging 1.7 points and 1.4 rebounds in 6.3 minutes of play.
2005-06
Appeared in two games before missing time with injuries and illness...did not appear in another game after Old Dominion and was granted a medical redshirt...had one minute of time at Penn and against Old Dominion.
Background
A highly-recruited forward out of nearby Chester High School...ranked the 92nd best senior in the nation by Hoop Scoop Online...led Chester to the PIAA Class AAAA State Championship in 2005...played three seasons at Chester, and each year his team won the District Championship...averaged 10.8 points and 7.6 rebounds per contest as a senior…also averaged 2.5 blocks per game...a First Team All-Delaware County selection as a senior...accepted into the National Honor Society and was the Rotary Club Student of the Month…son of Donna Tribbett…majoring in communication.
