A team-leader who was named captain for second straight year…a short-stick midfielder who creates well in transition…one of the top defensive middies in the CAA and the heart and soul of the team.
2008: Played in 16 games…scored seven goals, including a pair in the win against Lehigh…had two ground balls and a goal in the CAA Championship game against Hofstra…picked up an assist in Drexel’s come-from-behind win at Penn…finished the year with 19 ground balls…
2007: Appeared in all 16 games…was the recipient of the Coaches' Award...tied for the CAA lead with two man-down goals…finished the year with two goals and five assists…had a goal and an assist in Drexel's win over top-ranked Virginia…had 27 ground balls, including a career-high five against Albany.
2006: Played in 13 games…had 18 ground balls, including a four against Sacred Heart…also had three goals and two assists for five points.
Background: Attended Robinson High School in Fairfax, Va…named to the All-Region team as a senior and to the All-District team in his final two years…played on the state championship team and on four district championship teams…also played basketball in high school…member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Son of the late Richard Dart and Denise St. Ours…majoring in business.
