2007-08: Picked up his only victories of the season in both singles and doubles play on Oct. 17 against St. Francis (N.Y.)...posted a 1-5 record in singles play and a 1-2 record in doubles action with partner Alex Barnes.
2006-07: Posted a 5-7 record in singles play as a freshman...went 4-5 at sixth singles and qualified for the ITA Regional Tournament...also posted an 0-3 mark in doubles play.
Background: Played tennis for four years at Moravian Academy in Bethlehem, Pa....also played basketball for Moravian...earned four first-place finishes at the Colonial League tournament...also finished first in District XI in doubles in each of his four years...also placed third in singles.
Personal: Majoring in entrepreneurship...son of Michael and Rosina Popovice.
