Background: A two-time District 27 Champion for Shawnee High School…was a New Jersey state qualifier and a freestyle state champion…also played lacrosse for three years…graduated in the top 15 percent of his class.
Personal: Son of Cherie and Charles Foley…has an older brother, Andrew, and an older sister, Jen Bouchard…his father played football at William Jewel College…majoring in mechanical engineering.
