2016: Started all 16 games in which he appeared…played 1,305 total minutes, fifth-most on the team…took four shots, including one on goal…had two shots, one of which went on net, at La Salle (8/30)…played the full time in eight games, including 110-minute appearances at St. John’s (8/26) and against Rhode Island (9/6).
2015: Started all 19 games, the first appearances of his career…went the distance, playing 90 minutes in his collegiate debut at Rhode Island (8/28)…tied for the team lead with two assists…his first assist, which doubled as his first collegiate point, came at No. 18 Elon (9/18)…two games later, Peterson assisted on the Dragons’ goal in their 1-0 win over James Madison (9/26)…had a career-high four shot attempts against the College of Charleston (10/3)...a CAA Commissioner's Award recipient.
2014: Did not see game action...a CAA Commissioner's Academic Award recipient.
Background: A two-year starter at East High School in Denver as a freshman and sophomore...helped East to a Colorado State 5A championship as a sophomore...played with the Colorado Rapids Academy from 2011-14...earned spots on the Generation Adidas Team in 2012 (Madrid) and 2013 (Brazil)...has earned invitations into four National Training Centers for the USSF Academy.
