Elle Fracker is the latest addition to the Drexel softball coaching staff this season. She comes to Drexel following a successful playing career at Indiana State University. Fracker has been involved with all levels of softball since her graduation in 2008 and she draws on this experience to help prepare the Dragons for success this season.

Fracker was a four-year letterwinner with the Sycamores from 2003-08. She was the team’s regular catcher for three seasons before sitting out with an injury as a season. Her talent for managing pitchers and calling a game will translate well as she moves into the coaching ranks.

Following graduation, Fracker served as a JV softball coach at Gwynedd Mercy Academy in Gwynedd Valley, Pa. She went on to intern with the Philadelphia’s professional softball franchise, the Force, as a member of the team’s marketing, promotions and sales staff.

At Drexel, Fracker will be involved with all aspects of the program including practice planning, daily operations of the softball office and in-game coaching.
