2015: Started all 42 games for the Dragons in her first season in University City…tied for fifth on the team with a .286 batting average…recorded 34 hits including three doubles, two triples and five home runs…her home runs came against North Carolina A&T, Elon, Coppin State, College of Charleston and James Madison…totaled 19 runs scored and 18 RBI…recorded two stolen bases in two attempts…maintained a .923 fielding percentage between her second base, outfield and catching positions…a 2015 CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award winner.
Background: Played shortstop for Centro Educacional Pioneiro in Sao Paulo, Brazil from 2010-12…voted the best shortstop at the 2012 19U Brazilian Cup and 2011 Brazilian Junior National Championship…also, MVP and best batter of the 2011 Brazilian Junior National Championship…2013 and 2013 National Fastpitch Coaches Association Scholar Athlete…attended Northwest Florida State College in 2013-14.
