Drexel Women's Lacrosse Visits William and Mary on Sunday

Philadelphia - Drexel women's lacrosse visits William and Mary on Sunday, March 17 at 1:00 p.m. Drexel enters the weekend 8-4 after falling to Old Dominion, 9-8, on Friday night. The Dragons are 2-1 in the conference play.
William & Mary leads the all-time series 9-2. Last season, the Tribe's Grace Golden notched seven goals in the 17-12 win over Drexel. Katie Lawson led the Dragons with four goals including her 100th career goal at Drexel. Whitney Johnson made three saves before being replaced late in the first half by Rachael Behrndt who compiled 11 saves.
The Tribes improved to 7-5 on the season after a 13-8 win over Hofstra on Friday night. Senior midfielder Grace Golden leads William & Mary with 40 goals, while teammate Ashley Holofcener holds the most assists.
