PHILADELPHIA - The Dragons battled with No. 6 Maryland but ultimately fell 15-9 on Tuesday afternoon from Vidas Field. Grace Harding scored a hat trick and Corinne Bednarik earned four points on three goals and one assist. Drexel's record stands at 2-2 heading into March with conference matchups upcoming.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Dragons continue their homestand as they host LIU on Wednesday, March 1. The opening draw from Vidas Field is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on FloLive.

- Bednarik (11) and Harding (10) have found the back of the cage at least ten times through four games.
- Hayleigh Simpson, Bridget Finley, Saundra Godshall, and Lindsey Dean tallied.
- Anna Maria Gragnani battled for four draw controls.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Harding put Drexel on the board with a successful free position attempt in the fifth minute as the first quarter ended with the Terps on top 7-1.
- Bednarik ignited the offense as she scored three consecutive unassisted goals. Maryland found the back of the net right before the horn sounded to take an 8-4 advantage at halftime.
- After three UMD goals, the Dragons answered back with tallies by Finley and Dean to close the third quarter.
- DU fired two shots past the Terps goalkeeper to cut their lead to 12-8 seven minutes into the final period.
