2007: Led the team and ranked fourth in the CAA in sacrifice hits…second on the team and top 10 in the conference with 16 stolen bases…moved into third place all-time at Drexel in career stolen bases (45)…went 4-for-4 with a double and three runs against Fairleigh Dickinson on April 30…registered a career-high 12 RBIs. 2007: Led the conference with 18 steals on 19 attempts…stole 14 straight bases without being thrown out to start the season…scored a team-high 27 runs…committed just one error in centerfield all season…hit her first career home run on March 10 vs. Rutgers…named Drexel’s Defensive Player of the Year.
2006: Led the team in steals and set a Drexel rookie record with 11 swipes…ranked among the top 10 in the conference in on-base percentage (.398) and steals…reached base safely in 43 of 48 games…put together a nine-game hitting streak from March 5-19, the second longest of the season…second on the team in runs and walks…ranked 23rd in the nation in being hit by pitches.
Background: A four-year letterwinner at shortstop and outfield in high school…also played basketball and field hockey at Cape Henlopen…twice named to All-Conference First Team…named First Team All-State outfielder as a sophomore…member of 2004 second-place state team…named MVP in all three sports in which she participated…named Cape Henlopen’s “Most Athletic” student…member of National Honor Society and student council.
